The Tsugami automatic CNC lathe incorporates turning, drilling, milling and trimming into one process.
Grinding and honing
The combination of spool and sleeve requires great precision, with honing of the inner bore and grinding of the outer diameter being essential.
Pump gears
Pump gears are widely used in heavy duty gear pumps, high pressure gear pumps, military applications, oil and gas field pump equipment, fluid metering pump gears, etc.
The company specialises in customising hydraulic spools and sleeves to customer drawings, with a fit clearance of 0.004.
Hydraulic cylinder parts are cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and pistons, which generally require precision hard turning machining.
The mechanical machining of pump gears often involves grinding the gears, and the maximum diameter we can grind is 820 mm.
The company is a supplier of spools, bushings, seats, bodies and stems to well-known hydraulic valve companies in China.
In the 1990s, SPP Industry Ltd was one of the first manufacturers to establish CNC machining in China. The company has now established five major machine parks in China, with significant achievements in the areas of 5-axis machining, precision grinding & honing, gear machining, large parts machining, custom tungsten carbide and new material development respectively.
