Precision wear parts
Cemented carbide precision products have excellent mechanical properties and are characterised by high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy and specified surface roughness. Cemented carbide semi-finished products will be ground using diamond grinding wheels and EDM. They will be cut into various components to replace metal parts in complex and harsh working conditions to improve efficiency and extend life cycles.
Our cemented carbide precision products include bushings, seals, threaded nozzles, bushings, spools, valve balls and seats, valve discs, non-standard structural parts, mechanical components and more.
Cemented carbide precision parts are mainly used in submersible oil centrifugal pumps, submersible oil electric pumps, submersible oil separators, submersible oil protectors, slurry pumps, submersible oil centrifuges, slurry pumps, acid resistant pumps, wastewater treatment pumps, drinking water pumps, PDC bits, tooth wheel bits, centrifugal oil recovery pumps, MWD and LWD, vertical rotary guides and self-excited oscillating rotary percussion drilling tools.
Application: Carbide bushings are mainly used for rotating support, straightening, anti-thrust and sealing of shafts of oilfield submerged electric pump motors, centrifuges, protectors and separators, such as sliding bearing bushings, motor shaft bushings, straightening bearing bushings, anti-thrust bearing bushings and sealing bushings.
